The K&N Throttle Control Module is designed to improve throttle response and acceleration, and improves pedal sensitivity without modifying factory ECU settings. The Throttle Control Module processes input data from the gas pedal and bypasses the factory signal to the vehicle's ECU, sending a modified signal directly to the throttle body creating an increase in throttle responsiveness that will make your car feel like a whole new machine.
The Throttle Control Module can typically be installed in less than 30 minutes with no software required, and is adjustable on the go, helping you fine tune the sensitivity of your throttle response. The kit includes the module, wiring harness, adjustable knob, hardware, and detailed instructions, and is covered under K&N's 90 Day Limited Warranty.

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your All K&N POWERLID®, Clothing, Promotional Material or Raw Material (the "Product"), with the exceptions stated below.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not cover damage due to (a) transportation, (b) storage, (c) improper use, (d) failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance, (e) modifications, (f) unauthorized repair, (g) normal wear and tear, (h) any type of racing or competition, (i) any off-road use or (j) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God and natural disasters).
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
This warranty lasts for 90-Days of the Product from the date of purchase. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable. The warranty period will not be extended if we repair or replace the Product.
WHAT WILL K&N DO?
We will repair any Product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If repair is not possible, we will either replace your Product with a new Product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your Product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
