This one year warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of any accident, abuse, external causes or events, misuse, improper installation, neglect or misapplication, unauthorized alteration or modification, has not been properly maintained, been subjected to excessive heat, cold or moisture, and scuffs, scratches, tears and abusive or excessive wear are excluded. Clazzio will replace parts of the seat covers that are damaged.
